1 pound of stew meat
1 medium onion
5-6 red skinned potatoes (large)
2 carrots
1 rib celery
1 teaspoon bay leaves (crushed)
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
place all ingredients into slow cooker and add 2 cups water. cook on high for 4 hours or until meat is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
